We do not recommend baking our products in a microwave. The dough will not rise properly, and you’ll most likely be disappointed by the results.

Our recommendation is to serve it right after baking, while it’s still warm. Otherwise, we recommend partially baking at home (approximately 75%), letting the dough cool, then finishing up (25%) at your destination. Another option is to fully bake your pão de queijo at home then gently warm them upon arrival. 

That’s not ideal, but it’s ok. If that’s the case, wrap the baked pão de queijo in linens to trap the moisture and store in a thermal bag if possible.
